Summary:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Operational Optimization, the incumbent must perform data entry in the Computerized Maintenance Management System and provide front-line technical support to CMMS software users. The incumbent must also conduct audits of technical facilities, inventories of spare parts and support the operational optimization team in its various activities.

Responsabilities:

·  Conduct inventories and enter data in the CMMS system
·  Perform adjustments and updates in the CMMS system
·  Participate in training operating staff on the CMMS system
·  Provide front-line support to CMMS system users
·  Perform minor configuration of the CMMS software
·  Conduct checks of CMMS work
·  Draft non-compliance reports and suggest corrective actions
·  Conduct audits of inventory at various sites
·  Draft performance reports for inventory
·  Check inventory discrepancy analyses
·  Check quality of CMMS maintenance
·  Perform any other related duty requested by the immediate superior.

 

Requirements:
·  College diploma in industrial maintenance, building mechanics or a relevant field;
·  Three (3) years’ experience;
·  Computer skills (Excel, SQL databases, Access);
·  Mastery of French and English (spoken and written);
·  Knowledge of Planon software is an asset.
