Position Summary

As an imbedded employee in the Client organization, this role is responsible for supporting Engie Insight clients in reaching their resource management goals by applying Engie Insight information and knowledge to day-to-day bill payment services and reporting activities. This role performs a number of duties, primarily tactical in nature, as determined by the custom scope of each client engagement and is always responsible for serving as an extension of the client team and a part of the Engie Insight team managing the client relationship.

Role Description

• Dedicated to serving a single Client, typically imbedded onsite at the Client location
• Support Client and Engie Insight Delivery teams in day-to-day bill payment and reporting services
• Act as an extension of the Client’s in-house teams to facilitate operational best practices and delivery of Engie Insight services.
• Work with Vertical teams and others to ensure service level agreements are met
• Effectively resolve client issues with minimal guidance for a mutually beneficial outcome
• Serve as a resource to both the Client and Engie Insight stakeholders, effectively balancing the needs and priorities of all parties
• Serve as a key interface and subject matter expert to Engie Insight’s internal teams regarding the client and their view on Engie Insight’s services
• Act as an extension of the Client’s in-house teams to facilitate operational best practices and delivery of Engie Insight services.
• Work with Vertical teams and others to ensure service level agreements are met
• Effectively resolve client issues for a mutually beneficial outcome
• Communicate opportunities for growth to sales team
• Backup Vertical team members to uphold team goals as needed
• Perform other job duties as assigned  

Role Competencies

• BA/BS degree or its equivalent preferred
• May substitute degree for experience
• 2+ years’ of experience in a client facing role with proven ability to anticipate and meet client needs
• 2+ years’ of experience coordinating delivery of services to complex service level agreements
• 2+ years’ of experience supporting complex data management and related processes
• Ability to work as an effective member of the client and Engie Insight teams
• Ability to resolve issues related to services within the scope of Engie Insight’s agreement with the client
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive in mitigating against risks
• Must be a team player, detail oriented, dependable and adaptable
