Job Description:

• Provide technical support to technical service team;

• Solve technical problem at customer’s site;

• Act as contact person for technical service issues between factory and field;

• Develop training presentation for technical training;

• Conduct technical training to Electrolux technical team and service agents’ technical team;

• Translate technical service documentation into Chinese

• Solve critical customer complaint;
