TALENT, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Location: Kraków

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise managers and employees on appropriate learning solutions to meet development needs
• Administer training nominations, training registration and training logistics
• Assess, co-ordinate and consolidate suppliers where relevant to deliver cost effective training
• Manage the training logistics (training rooms, sending information to participants, billing information, etc)
• Process invoices and checks the invoices against orders
• Proactively review impact of training solutions, updating training catalogue as and when required. Answer all talent, learning and development related queries escalated from the contact team
• Work with other specialists to identify areas for process improvement and communicate these to HR Services management for action
• Participate in process improvement activities as required, e.g. mapping updated process, creating training and work instructions for the improved process

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of planning, administering and the coordination of staff development activities in a complex service delivery system
• Min. 2 years of experience in coordinating role (preferably in HR area)
• Knowledge of training techniques and project management principles
• High organizing and multitasking skills
