POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is to serve as a vendor expert to provide detailed analytical support, business understanding and a strategic perspective to key customers. This position is expected to assist and work collaboratively with sales, operations, consumer engagement center, information technology, planning, distribution, product marketing and finance in the execution of Electrolux growth initiatives working with our National Accounts. The responsibilities include order tracking and resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage and track orders from entry to delivery. Advise leadership of any delivery issues.
·  Responsible for the management of customer compliance violations and pricing chargebacks, including root cause identification and development of process improvement for cost out.
·  Collaborate with customer Inventory, Planning and Replenishment team for flooring orders.
·  Responsible for the daily order reviews, order inventory allocation reviews and past due deployment orders.
·  Monitor late deliveries and report delays and/or reschedules to customer sales channel and logistic team (externally).
·  Report weekly shipments, consumer engagement center calls and answer rate to customer logistic team (externally).
·  Responsible for seamless integration with the customer and Digital/E-commerce Call Center team, including process optimization, communication liaison, support assistance, reports and end-user training.
·  Manage the 3PL delivery schedule optimization, including updates and maintenance of scheduling calendar in ADMS, weekly and monthly reporting to the customer, communication liaison regarding questions and escalations with customer and 3PL.
·  Create and report a weekly and monthly vendor dashboard on reschedules, DOT, PBH, missing paperwork and shipments to customer logistic team (externally). 
·  Responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives with 3PL, distribution centers and transportation provider, including shipments, deliveries, distribution groups, paperwork, reschedules, gift cards, freight claims, returns, training material and communication liaison escalations.
·  Analyze and reduce customer compliance violations including collaborating with transportation provider and distribution centers.
·  Responsible for the coordination of promotional sales events, including cross functional team meetings, inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution network and communication.
·  Manage and track the internal SKU setup process, including the maintenance of data quality with Master Data, Assortment, Pricing team and external systems for new, transitions and discontinued models.
·  Responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives with AR team, including past due reduction, compliance fines, damages/returns reduction, and the customer and Digital/E-commerce dispute process.
·  Perform additional duties as assigned.

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
·  Experience with Order Management, Customer Service or Finance required
·  Proficient  with the Microsoft Office suite of products required. Experience with SAP a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

·  Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
·  Solid financial analysis aptitude 
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Proven analytical and problem solving skills
·  Good basic knowledge of product development processes, advertising, marketing and sales
·  Proven competency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
·  Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking
