POSITION DESCRIPTION:
JUNIOR TECHNICAL WRITER

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transformation of product technical information into consumer oriented instructions
• Delivery of complete user documentation ready for translation within defined time
• Efficient management of complex product information
• Close cooperation with subject matter experts
• Maintenance of updated project documentation and status

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field (or linguistics, but supported with technical skills)
• Experience in using / ease of learning dedicated Content Management Systems
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in task management skills
• Good understanding of household appliances technology
• Experience gained in international/complex organization will be an asset
• Experience in working with DITA XML content creation / management systems will be an asset
• Awareness of product life cycle stages
• Fluency in English as main communication / content creation language
• Italian / Hungarian will be an asset
• Ability to effectively acquire information from remote interfaces and databases
• Structured way of working with technical information, linked with consumer oriented approach
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
