Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Perform in HR-Admin functions day-to-day operation and general admin.

- Support Employee & guest relations such as transportation, accommodation,visa, work permit and Immigration service.

- Enhances IndrOp-HR Business Partner’s effectiveness byproviding correct and necessary information and facilitate all departments to achieve their target by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents by monitoring problems and issues.

- Support Manpower Requisition for new position, assist in recruitment and selection process until hiring.

- Contribute expertise to all departments in organizing & arrangement any meetings and events.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

- Producing information by transcribing, formatting,inputting, editing, retrieving, and copying including update data (HR System)

- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR Management, Business Management or other related field.

- 1-3 year experiences in the area of administration or Secretary, general HR and service to Expatriate.

- Experienced in Immigration Service, Visa and Work permit for foreigner will be advantage.

- Excellent command of English and translating from English to Thai and vice versa.

- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.).

- Dynamic individual and able to work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently.

- Very Good interpersonal skills, service mind, prioritizing of work, problem solving, building effective and cooperative internal and external relationships.
