Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is looking for experienced Candidates for the position of:

HR Administration Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing an accurate and associated human resource service to managers and staff
• Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
• Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Producing regular reports (e.g. workforce, attrition) and additional ad hoc reports and analysis
• Providing support to all employees and managers in scope of Personal Administration

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
EXPECTATIONS:
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR Administration or payroll related experience (shared services environment as an advantage)
• Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow would be a strong asset
• At least Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
• Fluent Polish
• Knowledge of Polish HR processes would be an asset
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
