Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

MISSIONS

Smulders is looking for one Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Smulders Projects UK:

Project Management

Contact and inform Project Managers / Management

Provide information to Project Management

Monitor additional works

Point of contact for all Production matters for Suppliers / Clients

Quality Assurance

Draw up Job Competencies

Give input for the Management review meetings

Safety

Implement safety standards and procedures in the Production Department and carry final responsibility

Contribute to the drafting of an annual action plan

Give input for risk analyses

Lead by example in relation to Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.

HRM

Instruct Production Leaders and Supervisors of the outside areas

Set up the Production Organisational structure

Define a uniform work method

Monitor / evaluate employees

Input performances of subcontractors

Environment

Implement environmental standards and procedures in the Production Department and carry final responsibility

Contribute to the drafting of an annual action plan

Give advice for new processes or work methods

Production

Collect basic information for the LT plan per project (lead times, staff numbers, number of jobs…)

Follow up Production progress

Check the weekly planning

Control the entire production

Draw up a control strategy

Follow up the Production output

Final responsibility for planning and managing internal transport

Maintenance, Inspection & Calibration

Adjust maintenance plans

Implement improvements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications :

Master degree

Experiences :

At least 3 year’s Experience on a similar position

Skills :

English mandatory

IT – Basic knowledge Windows Office, Knowledge of Autocad

Basic knowledge of production processes (assembly / final assembly / bolting)

Analytical capability

Managing and Supervising giving clear direction to others

Plan and organise, deciding and initiating activities well in advance

Apply expertise and technology creating and innovating new ideas, approaches or insights

Draw up reports

Communication skills at all levels

Present and communicate information checking performance against deadlines and milestones

Problem solving

Should be experienced in leading a team (1 to 50 persons)
