CONTEXT:
In order to ensure the delivery of long-term financial objectives of sophisticated international infrastructure projects, the experienced Project Manager has the responsibility of designing the appropriate investment structure by undertaking detailed analysis of risks and investment opportunities.

 

MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES:

As part of the PPP / Concessions strategic area, you manage various projects worldwide. As such, your responsibilities are:

 

Preparing tenders and negotiating the contracts, comprising amongst others:
Selection and Management of a project team
Management of the offer production process
Preparation of time scheduling
Drafting tender documents and other proposals
Contracts review and negotiation
Analysis of risks and preparation of risks matrix
financial models and traffic analysis review
Preparation of documentation for internal approvals and presentations to relevant committees
Liaison with partners, advisors and ultimate clients
 

Representing Egis Projects and its subsidiaries (mainly Egis Investment Partners, Egis Road Operation, Egis Airport Operation) in the different meetings organized at consortium level (project management meetings, technical, legal and financial working groups and executive committee meetings) and with Grantors.

Profil recherché

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Technical Competences:
Bac+5 or equivalent (engineering, economic, financial, legal, accounting and / or commercial background)
5 – 10 years of professional experience, related to financial structuring of infrastructure projects
Speak, read and write fluently in English. Similar level in Spanish would be a strong asset
Know MS office Understand project finance concepts, risk allocation, structures, etc.
Analyze and comment financial models
Analyze, comment and draft contracts
 

Client Competences:
Knowledge of and experiences with communication and marketing techniques
Drafting Term sheets
Negotiate contracts
Understand Client needs and requirements
Ability to listing to the Client and keeping engagements vis-à-vis the Client
Ability to discuss and negotiate with partners, public entities and advisors
Ability to convince management and relevant committees, orally and via notes drafted in French and in English
Ability to convey a positive and professional image of the company through his/her behavior and message in all situations, internally or externally
 

Cooperation Competences:
Work within a team (internally to Egis and within a consortium with partners)
Ensure internal reporting (circulation of information and feed-back on clients)
Relate to partners and ensure that common objectives are agreed
 

Management Competences:
Manage a project in the development stage (budgets, timing, resources, etc.)
Act as a leader : orientate and motivate a Project Team around common objectives
Implement risk management tools and structures
Build a proper offer strategy
Understand and explain the company strategy to the project team members
Take decisions and work with autonomy
