The Vehicles Integration Account Management (IAM) team works in partnership with the eBay Motors business development and business unit teams.  Vehicles IAM will be responsible for supporting automotive dealers within the new business pipeline and bringing said business live to the eBay Motors marketplace.

As a Vehicles IAM, you will manage multiple, concurrent integrations for strategic automotive dealers new to the eBay Motors platform. The IAM is accountable to ensure the seller is integrated to eBay to sell at scale, with quality, and as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

·  Develop an extensive knowledge of eBay & the Motors business
·  Guide our Merchants and Partners through an eBay integration functionally (e.g. operational concepts and best practices). You will also guide sellers through some key tools (internal & 3rd party)
·  Manage and/or oversee the migration of merchant data-feed into an appropriate listing & inventory management tool
·  Partner with internal / external BD teams to manage a healthy integration pipeline – ensuring appropriate prioritization of new accounts
·  Manage dealer listing agreement - pricing application & billing entitlement process
·  Proactively identify and manage to resolution any integration issues/risks, including those that may not have an impact until after the integration is complete
·  Provide timely feedback to eBay’s Product Team to help drive new product functionality and enhancements
·  Maintain familiarity of developer resources, including documentation, ticketing system, and resolution paths
·  Maintain knowledge and best practice use of internal subject matter experts, including developers, product managers, and business unit
·  Keep integration documentation and resources concise, relevant, up-to-date
·  Identify optimization opportunities and implement new workflows.  Account for the volatility of the online marketplace and identify early the impact of impending changes and enhancements relative to both the eBay and seller business
·  Vehicles Integration Account Management will also cross train in the integration workflows associated with the broader eBay.com marketplace – responsible for managing a number of integration projects not specific to the Motors Vehicle business

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting new business relationships
·  Automotive expertise strongly preferred
·  In-depth knowledge of eCommerce / eBay selling best practices, including track record of communicating and implementing business solutions in support of dealer growth and optimization
·  Analytical, proactive, problem-solver with insatiable curiosity
·  Passionate about the eBay Vehicles marketplace and seller community; deep understanding of online dealer and consumer behavior
·  Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
·  Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills
·  Ability to juggle multiple, competing, high priority projects – identifying creative solutions
·  Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize
·  Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills
