·  Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
·  Play big role in communication with HRBP and Employee to solve the issue and provide timely, high quality support
·  Mainly provide the HR Services supports to site managers and employees in Greater China, main resposibility as below but not limit on these:
·  Internal Transfer
·  Labor Contract Management
·  Probation Evaluation Management
·  P-Files Management
·  Flex Working Time Management
·  Exit Management exclude exit interview
·  Onboard Management
·  Working Permit
·  Others assigned by the supervisor

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

1. Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or psychology or relatedpreferred;
2. Understand the labor laws and regulations;
3. Good communication skills in Englishandcomputer literacy
4.High leaning agility and be willing to do more
5. Willingness for travel mobility
6. Around 1 year HR generalist experience
