· Job Description:
5+ plus years of experience in Operations / Requirement Gathering.
Quickly understand business, Interaction with Focals across regions and Summarize requirements.
Ability to understand the data and convert the Business requirements to Metrics / Dashboards / Reports.
Hands on experience with MS Access /Advanced Excel & Macro. Exposure to MS-SQL/ Power Bi will be an added advantage
Experience in Data Analytics / Data modelling as per business requirements .
Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which connects and demonstrates business in Charts and Numbers effectively.
Provide Required Data and Analysis to Leadership team for Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews.
Automation of reports.
Good Communication Skills to interact with Global team members.
Knowledge of Predictive Analytics / Statistics Modelling is an added advantage
