Summary

Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routine assignments/tasks. Basic understanding of the general/technical acts of the job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment and/or minimal problem resolution is required. Allocates own time efficiently as detailed by supervisor. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Participates productively as member of team. Completes general tasks. Accepts instruction and direction to complete basic assignments from leadership and peers. Identifies and escalates questions or issues. Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related industry and legal regulations.

·  Pick up mail at post offices
·  Deliver certified mail and PO Box mail to Manager and receptionist unopened
·  Open and sort all daily mail
·  Record all daily receipts
·  Daily - Run delivery/ pick up route to our customer Daily - Be prepared to run special afternoon delivery on request
·  Mail out reports, patient first letters, prior authorization decision letters to recipients and providers, 1099, TPL letters, etc.. * Fill and record orders for claim forms
·  Refile all staged batches
·  Prepare and mail all RTPs
·  High school diploma or equivalency
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
·  Valid driver license and in good standing

Basic Qualifications

·  High school diploma or G.E.D.
·  Zero or more years of experience with business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment
·  Experience working with client company product and/or services
·  Experience working with client company industry and/or functional area
·  Good standings with driving record with the state
