To lead all aspects of the IT function for LVMH P&C UK, managing the IT support function and providing IT support when necessary (i.e. in the IT expert's absence). Promoting the quality and adherence to the IT policy and maintain a high level of IT security ensure team member awareness and implementing monitoring mechanisms. In addition, to provide technology watch in order to suggest the best IT solutions to the business.

Profil

IT Project Management

· Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of the local information systems.
· Proposes and validates the developments of local solutions, anticipates any necessary developments in line with the departments, brands and Group strategy in line with budgets.
· Assesses and recommends investments on the basis of desired technological advances.
· Guarantees local information systems effectiveness and control of relevant risks.
· Supervision of the relations with service providers and external partners.
· Report and follow support and maintenance queries with the central IT department in France (PCIS).
· Coordinate the budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for new hardware and software in line with Group guidelines.
· Define, supervise and implement IT policy.
· Manage the delivery of IT training to the business (induction and new software) and ensure follow up and review.

Managing the IT support function

· Ensure effective internal communication and development of IT Specialists and the Infrastructure Expert.
· Work with the IT team to ensure that they are perceived as business facing and value adding.
· Ensure high quality service and monitor performance (monthly report to Comex).
