Purpose of the Role
The role will support the development and delivery the Commercial Insights strategy, the projects to deliver discreet and global commercial insight programs across the business.

Duties
· Understand Diageo commercial and related financial data through an analytical approach.
· Support the projects to deliver commercial insight and net revenue management analysis programs, implementation of systems and processes with partnering the markets in continental Europe.
· Helps deploying, understanding and utilising NRM capability platform, tools and systems (incl. customer planning, promotional effectiveness and consumer pricing) within continental Europe markets that create transparency into ongoing NRM performance and impact.
· Running commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight and recommendation, by using enterprise class BI tools and processes
· Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
· College or university degree in Finance or Economics
· 3-5 years PQE commercial finance/data analysis experience within an FMCG/CPG company and ideally some cross-functional and commercial CPG experience.
· Understanding of commercial and financial processes.
· Fluent in English
· Curious, willing to dig deeper into data and explore relationship between data and business outcomes, able to draw insights from data.
· Detailed oriented, structured in approach to work with logical, progressive thinking and assessing solution impacts on the business and other systems.
· Ability to share knowledge both internally and remotely
· Technical knowledge of various reporting systems and BI analytical tools is an advantage What We Offer
