Job description

Your task

·  Management of all operational topics related to  international customers
·  Management of resources and quality as a cross function through all Service Lines
·  Development and Implementation of strategy and future oriented mode of operation
·  Development of strategy in regards to employees and their competencies according to the business strategy
·  Management of all matters, especially follow up to the topics mentioned below:
·  Quality Assurance
·  Planning and development of transition activities in regards to organizational changes
·  Total compliance on the agreed service levels, quality targets and customer satisfaction indexes
·  Ensure target achievement and continuous optimization of processes and quality
·  Ensure operational and management reporting for quality purposes
