Job description

Your task

·  Making reports regularly and ad hoc for our customers
·  Keeping contact between T-Systems International, customers and partner departments
·  Creating reports for:
·  Incident/Change/Problem/Event Management
·  Asset & Configuration/Request Fulfilment/Complaint & Compliment Management
·  Capacity & Availability/Financial/Security/Risk and License Management
·  Evaluates incident/problem/change tickets, process management
·  Customer’s contracts revisions and adherence of the contents
·  Participation actively in transition processes
·  Coordination of resolution teams
·  Making reports for the management
·  Updating documentations

·  Advanced level of MS Office, mainly Excel
·  Basic ITIL knowledge
·  System approach, good communication skills
