Your task

General description
Supports Sales organization in Pre-Sales (bid) phase by professional consultancy of near shore possibilities, offers TSSK portfolio in LBUs, builds up and maintains relationships and networks with LBUs, SDMs, Sales and end customers.

Accountabilities
Generic managerial accountabilities:

·  Calculates near shore Business Case in cooperation with line managers (all incoming business).
·  Promotes near shoring activities in dimensions of expertise, quality, quantity in TSI.
·  Maximizes near shore potential for new deals.
·  Organizes customer visits (in sales phase, existing customers.
·  Supports Sales by consultation of contract conditions (SLA/costs definition.
·  Pushes for delivery of standardized solutions during Pre-Sales phase.
·  Consults offered solution with customer.
·  Focal point for new business in T-Systems Slovakia.
·  Managers and continuously develops people networks [local and international/internal and external.
·  Contributes to strategic expansion of T-Systems Slovakia portfolio.
·  Maintains adequate communication structures and flows with Production.
·  Cooperates with relevant teams in terms of business and portfolio.

Job specific accountabilities:

·  Calculation of New deals/extension of current business and its implementation after final result
·  Actively steer all new business/contract extensions coming to TSSK within finance, quality and customer satisfaction
·  Actively search for new potential business in cooperation with TSI Sales organizations
·  TSSK promotion within other PoPs and LBUsOrganization and distribution of tasks within particular departments (based on new coming deals)
·  Rollout, cooperation & supporting Activities from higher management
·  TSSK Customer awareness and knowledge – Service map tool (providing information about offered services within TSSK) , Customer oriented trainings (CRM, Customer Excellence Program)
·  Strategically searching for new possibilities within Business development of particular Service chains in cooperation with Business owners

Management scope

·  Managing cross functional leaders and OPMs in order to submit offer on time
·  Offers calculations and preparation in budget approx. 5 Mio EUR
·  Cooperation and communication with all customers of T-Systems International (based on the request for new customers or existing customers who are making business extensions)

Requirements
Education

·  University degree in Technical field or Business administration field

Experience 

·  Min. 3 years’ experience in ICT business

Languages

·  English language advanced (fluent in written and spoken form)
·  German language - advantage

Others 

·  Finance and controlling literacy
·  Knowledge of standardized TSI products and solutions, understanding of IT portfolio (OS, NW, MW, Storage, Backup) is a must
·  Excellent knowledge of ICT trends and services provided by T-Systems Slovakia
·  Excellent set of analytical and planning skills
·  Good knowledge of the ITIL V3 Framework and processes implementation in production
·  Good knowledge of the standard MS Windows & Office Tool Suite.
·  Strong situational communication and negotiation skills
·  Strong customer and business orientation
