Manage assigned IT projects in a time and cost efficient manner - ensure successful transfer of IT capabilities and stabilization into routine operation. Ensure operational support of Lufthansa Technik Component Services ERP system.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Managing IT-Projects and vendors to ensure timely and cost efficient implementation
· Optimization and support of business processes through further developments of the current ERP System (Southward) and other BI solutions
· Perform workshops to define processes and system requirements and to ensure process compliance
· Creation of business requirements documents for the IT-Provider
· Adaptation of enhancements from Lufthansa Technik to Lufthansa Technik Component Services and v.v
· IT-Cost controlling and reporting
· Communication with the corresponding interfaces in Hamburg or other involved Business units
· Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
· Work in and with various Lufthansa Technik systems, such as SAP, t/track, PEP DB, eDoc, etcetera
· Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues
· Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed

Your profile
· High school diploma/GED desirable
· College degree/vocational training desirable: Master desirable, Bachelor desirable
· Internship desirable
· Professional experience required: 2 years Project Management / IT, experience in ERP / Software / Application Development and Support
· Language: English required, German desirable
· Industry knowledge required: Aviation MRO, Repair Processes, IT, business intelligence, and process management
· Expert knowledge desirable: ERP systems, Data Warehouses, SQL Server
· Expert IT Knowledge: MS Office, especially MS EXCEL and MS Access, VBA, SQL, MS SQL Server and SSRS, etcetera
Environmental Influences:
· Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
· Willingness to travel
· Must possess a valid driver's license
Airport environment:
· Must be willing to work under constant time pressure
· Must be willing to work under high stress levels

· In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities
