Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Position summary

Deloitte is very active in the digital transformation of its services.  With its online platform, we cover activities from a large scope of managed solutions ranging from fund registration, cross-border distribution activities to fund financial and tax reporting, capital markets services but also Tax and Audit missions. We are now searching for a Business Analyst to be a key player in the rapid growing area of digital solutions and be part of ongoing and upcoming IT projects. 

 

What is it about?

 

As a Business Analyst for Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for (without being limited to):

·  Global supervision and management of cross-departmental business applications
·  Coach and support business teams in their business transformation
·  Database maintenance: ensuring data is healthy, consistent, and evolves with the business needs
·  Analysing, creating and maintaining business process models and translate them into BPM engine
·  Liaising regularly with other teams across the departments in order to make sure our digital solutions evolve at the same pace as their business activities
·  Be an active member of the constant evolution and growth of new digital solutions
·  Participating in other Business-IT projects currently ongoing or to be launched

Who are you?

 

To be the right fit for this position, you have to:

·  Hold a degree in IT(Global insight into IT software, solid knowledge of SQL) and/or business management and financial domain
·  Have a strong interest in Business IT Support rather than strict development and engineering
·  Possess an overview of investment fund industry is an advantage
·  Have an experience in Business Process Modelling is an advantage
·  Be fluent in English. French or German are advantages
·  Be rigorous, focused, strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomous, eager to learn, team player and solution oriented
·  Experience in Agile IT projects is an advantage
·  Have solid communication skills
