Key Responsibilities:

· Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements
· Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
· Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding
· Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
· Championing our brand and promoting Dell as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activitiesAs a managed security provider, Dell SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.

Desired profile

Essential requirements
·  3+ year of experience in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter for a large corporation
·  Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
·  Good knowledge of ATS and CRM systems
·  Fluency in English
Desirable requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
· Previous experience working in an international or global environment
