As a Dell Marketing Sr. Advisor, you will have the opportunity to engage in our Marketing Development Program designed especially for new MBA marketing hires, and take part in our Product Marketing Academy courses for continued professional development. You'll also be eligible to apply for our Marketing Rotation Program, a three-year global career program.

Role Responsibilities

You'll have the opportunity to work on one of several dynamic areas:

-Strategy and Analytics – Develop long-term product strategy and portfolio investment recommendations. The job may include tasks such as designing customer research, developing analytical approaches, collecting and analyzing data, building market sizing hypothesis and developing financial models

-Product Planning – Collaborate with R&D, key suppliers, industry analysts, strategy team and accessories and software teams to investigate new product solutions or new product categories, and define product or solution value proposition, key features, product ecosystem, Go-to-Market strategy and financial models

-Product Management – Manage product development, launch and product transitions. Drive actionable growth plan for new products in target markets worldwide

-Marketing Operations – Drive market and competitive intelligence; make pricing recommendations based on pricing analysis, plan demand by tracking actual vs. projected sales for products

-Brand and Messaging – Design global, regional, and/or country product campaigns; define customer use cases; develop product Go-To-Market strategy & assets

-Brand Management – Be a technical, cost/price and enthusiasm lead supporting customer engagements (briefings, bids, etc). Focus is also on analytics to direct and target behaviors, in concern with training to ensure knowledge is imparted to drive measureable results
