Key Responsibilities

Factory Engineering Team is responsible for determining operations required for assembly, test of products by reviewing specifications and other engineering data. Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Designs, introduces and maintains product (PC equipment) test infrastructure and processes. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. On a daily basis Process Engineer:

· Develops and implements production processes for assembly and test of computer devices.
· Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters.
· Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
· Designs and implements effective and efficient production and business processes with respect to manufacturing, procurement, replenishment and fulfilment.
· Ensures sufficient manufacturing environment to meet demand and is responsible for process, quality and productivity improvements.
· Supports process changes and line layout related projects.

Desired profile

Essential Requirements
·  Analytical skills and unconventional approach to solving problems / creativity
·  Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of production processes development.
·  Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem solving tools.
·  Ability to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written).
·  Good knowledge of MS Office.
·  Good organisation of own work.

Desirable Requirements
·  Focus on self-development.
·  Good knowledge of engineering theory and design criteria.
·  Experience using CAD and/or MTM software.
·  Students or graduates from: Production management, Controls & Automation,
