Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to Dell Financial Services' Consumer, Small and Medium Business (CSMB) marketing team in the North Americas. The role, in more detail, involves:

· Conduct Marcom audits and manage general mailbox. All Marcom placement reviews funneled through the Marcom Mailbox must be assigned and worked within SLA
· Assist in Dell.com site scrub audits, according to internal controls requirements
· Perform weekly TeaLeaf audits of full online shopping experience and capturing screenshots of specific disclosures
· Conduct routine Marcom audits to ensure 100% compliance with regulations and ensure Marcom is created with no errors. Perform production audits when promotions are launched
· Assist with weekly Electronics and Accessories Stock Keeping unit maintenance, additions, audits, updates, according to requirements
· Work with brand managers, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that DFS Marcom is fully approved by the business and then activated in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner
· Continuously improve Marketing processes focusing on quality and efficiency and support and lend subject matter expertise to ongoing projects

Desired profile

Essential Requirements

·  0-2 years relevant experience

·  Solid analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

·  Ability to work independently and create own timelines, goals, and deliverables
·  Able to quickly translate broader business objectives into defined tasks with some direction
·  Available to work on an US Hours schedule (16:00-1:00)
