Key Responsibilities
· Support EMEA Client Solutions FP&A Lead with Executive summaries of the drivers of the financial results,
· Analytical support and close cooperation with one of the Client Solutions Controller and Sales Lead
· Developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and analysis with special focus on Cost of Dissatisfaction and Demand Acceleration, as well as performing technical analysis to determine present and future performance of those,
· Planning and analytical support during Annual Plan, Forecast and Outlook processes
· Ensure process alignment and lead execution of an end-to-end financial process (e.g. Close, Outlook, Planning) for Cost of Dissatisfaction and Demand Acceleration
· Gathering, analysing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, customer deals, trended future requirements and operating forecasts
· Drive sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change across organization and its teams

Desired profile

Essential Requirements
·  Advanced English communication required (written and spoken)
·  Degree in finance or a related field
·  3+ years of previous experience in finance or financial services
·  The ability to communicate business objectives
·  Strong analytical skills to deliver complex business cases and process improvements
·  Advanced MS Excel skills
Desirable requirements
·  Experience with multinational environment
·  Experience with regional scope of work
·  CIMA/ACCA qualification
