Key Responsibilities
Analytics lead responsible to drive credit card fraud prevention measures for one of the world's largest e-commerce organizations. Deliver optimum analytical solutions using significant data, business context and relevant tools.

· Ensure timely delivery of all reports/ adhoc analysis for the business on a regular basis.
· Create and maintain various models in order to report and facilitate decision making on business performance
· Provide executive decks for updates on projects to explain problems, approach and solutions. Proactively communicate with business on progress, ensure data accuracy in each opportunity
· Identify opportunities for partners to make significant business impact (fraud saves, productivity improvements) through projects
· Convert complex business needs to multiple parts which can be managed, tracked & delivered
· Coach/Mentor junior colleagues

Desired profile

Essential requirements

·  3-5 years of experience in a similar role
·  Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
·  Excellent communication skills, including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights to all levels within an organization
·  Passion for data insights, highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, good collaboration inside and outside team;
·  Analytical skills & Problem Solving Ability with excellent understanding of Statistical Concepts & Tools
·  Be comfortable to lead & drive engagement with remote partners & their teams
·  Fluent in English
·  Open to working flexible hours

Desirable requirements

·  Experience in operations or a financial services organization
·  Experience working with sql
·  Experience working with statistical tools (Statistica, SAS)
·  Experience / Formal Training in project management techniques / quality management
