Le Métier

Reporting to the Technical Director of one of our BRANDS , in our modelling and prototype workshop and collaborating with our design teams, your main roles are toformalise product technical featuresandensure that expected garment creation and quality results are achieved.

* 2D Mission :

- 2D Pattern realization Assyst or lectra, Mastering level

- Master shirt product

* 3D mission

- 3D garments modelisation with Assyst, mastering level

Or beginer with "3D culture" that we will traine

- Co-writting of Designers and Pattern maker tainings

- accompanying / Training of Assyst / Vydia users

 

* You monitor the progress of projects during the whole development process: You execute the technical files and industrial development of models and prototypes in the brand to which you will be assigned (pattern cutting, grading, cutting out).
* You ensure that suppliers understand these specifications and validate every aspect of them to optimise prototypes for fitting.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that modelling schedules are respected. You will monitor the product before manufacture (fitting, adjusting, etc.); you supervise quality (standards, weight, material, style, etc.).
*  You run the operational management of the project team (product manager, product engineer, prototypist, etc.).

Yourcritical eyefor garment quality will enable you to validate ormake changes to our models. This is toshare good garment design practicesand disseminate them to design teams.
You will therefore be capable of supervising new product validation projects .

Profil recherché

Le Profil

You are a sports player and have initial training, BTS (vocational) or ideally a degree, in garment design. You have excellent garment design and grading technique, with an eye for detail and sound methodology .

- Pedagogue and love to transmit his/her Knowledge, Trainer

- Ease or Affinity with digital tools and beyond, uinterested in new technologies

- Curious

- Mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PPT

- Mastery of Cad Assyst / Vidya software is a plus

 

- Affinity for products, rigour, good organisation, interpersonal skills and energy are the skills that will enable you to truly succeed and develop in your role. 

You have a keen sense of responsibility , a great capacity to work autonomously , and organisation is one of your strong points. Your qualities also include curiosity and creativity .

You are at ease speaking and writing in English and are available for foreign trips.

You have excellent skills in specific garment design applications, such as: Lectra Modaris, Diamino. Knowledge of the following software is a definite plus: Illustrator, Excel.
