Le Métier

Among the Devision Industrial International (D2I), the yarn mastery is becoming more and more strategic. The Synthetic Yarn Process ( SYP) is working in this domain.

Among the SYP you'll be Engineer of developement and technologies (ICT). Your mission starts at the very beginning of the production of the chain of value  with the synthetic yarn development and production.

In the chain of value of Passion Brand's products, with Industrial Process, the yarn mastery is a recent expertise in Décathlon, where a lot has still to be done, to discover, to develop and where it's possible to set the cat among pigeons, with important stakes.

To be more accurate, you'll lead a range of yarns, an offer, which you'll assum, insure reliability, relevance and quality with the best  technical / quality ratio. You master the yarn cost and the technology.

You'll lead innovation in our activity and you'll become the link between production and Décathlon's range of goods Brands. You'll have initiative to launch innovative and exclusive projects about yarns.

You'll be also responsible of a metrology laboratory which has to respect security procedures.

In other words,  it's a full and polyvalent job.

You are an enthusiastic sportman or woman, you have a strong team and pioneer spirit, you're curious, you have a good decision ability and Leadership sens to lead projects from the beginning to end end.

Your are engineer with Textile speciality, you know yarn production. To hold a professional experience and chemsitry knowledge would be better and could help you.

Your communication, your convictions, your perseverance are your best assets.

Of course, English mastery , daily spoken and written, is compulsory in an international Company.

French spoken or French language notions is suitable as well.
