Le Métier

We, Decathlon Nutrition Engineering Center, are 15 teammates passionate by sports, nutrition & health and motivated to master development, industrialization, production and supply of Decathlon sports nutrition products.

We are convinced that mastering the ingredients from its origin  will help to ensure the best taste & the best efficiency of our sports nutrition products in men’s and planet health respect.

INGREDIENTS & TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER for SPORTS NUTRITION

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE




JOB DESCRIPTION

In this team and animated by its leader your main responsibilities will be :

-Build and manage ingredient offer at the best value/cost, focusing on 3 pilars :sustainability, efficiency & tasty.

-Define the worldwide quality standardsand ensure up to date component black list  and new requirements following the new healthy trends

-Develop relations with ingredients & raw materials suppliersto master flows, to ensure worldwide component availability & to prepare full traceability system for our sport users.

-Lead ingredient surveillance program& technology watch.

- Ensure to nutrition networktechnical ingredient support

 

-Support product engineer in their choice for formulation, and thusbe the referent in raw materials.

Profil recherché

Le Profil

Engineer in Food-Processing Industry Nutrition and Health(European Master Degree) or in agricultureyou haveminimum 2 years professional experience in ingredients factory. Dietetical knowledge is a plus.

You practice sports and arepassionate by sport nutrition.

You are familiar with clean & clear labels and sustainable development is your priority

You arecurious, open minded and creative, innovation is one of your strength.

Concrete & organizedyou are able to work several projects at the same time.

You areteam spirit orientedand love to beproactivein team’s life.

Yourcommunication skills(listening, convictions enthusiasm, sharing and respect) andeasy relationshiphelp you to work efficiently in project mode.

You have anatural leadershipthat facilitate the functional management.
