Our Natural Knit & Fleece component team wants to integrate a profile who will serve our common sense : design & industrialize an adapted, innovative and efficient worldwide component offer, with passion and pleasure!

Your responsibilities :

You listen and challenge trends & passion brands needs.

You plan and manage the development of your component range (Cellulosique component)

You design and develop exclusive & innovative Components.

You coordinate the worldwide industrialization and duplication of your Component Offer.

Located in Villeneuve d'Ascq FRANCE, your responsibilities are worldwide.

Frequent business trips in Decathlon Production Countries and in France.

You have a strong ability to listen, to analyse informations and to try to find solutions

We are looking for a profile who is :

·  Curious & open minded
·  Willing to learn technical knowledge.
·  Familiar to Knit Component : ideal should be to have spent several years in textile Industry or in offer building management.
·  Familiar with functional management and demonstrate an adapted communication & a strong team spirit.
·  Able to organize, to give priority to his actions & achieve his projects on time.
·  Keen on practicing Sports individualy or with our team.
·  Fluent in English & French.
