Due to the dynamic growth of our Krakow office, we are currently looking for candidates for a position: Technical Support Engineer
What will your role be?
· Technical support delivery for Dassault Systemes products (3DVIA Planner Tools in Cloud)
· Maintain communication with application maintenance team or systems administrators on the customers side in English
· Reproduce and resolve incidents reported by the customers
· Regular reporting of working progress
· Work collaboratively with other departments in order to improve the product
Your key success factors:
· Master's degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering
· Working experience with Amazon Web Services – Cloud
· Working experience with Web development – Web services
· Knowledge of computer networks and protocols
· Knowledge of WEB Server/Browser technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
· Analytical skills
· Strong customer orientation
· Strong communication skills and taking personal responsibility for individual tasks and actions
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to work effectively under pressure
· Working experience in software development or on a similar position is nice to have
· Fluent English is a must
