You join the BIOVIA teams to support the digitization of the R&D laboratories, development and production sites of our customers in chemistry, cosmetics, Oil and Gas. As a BIOVIA Sales Expert, you will drive the sales process by targeting the best value propositions, identifying solutions, conducting demonstrations, and negotiating the opportunity on the accounts and / or assigned territory. 


What will your job be? 
Joining the team of our Sales Director for EuroWest and EuroMed (approximately 10 people), you take responsibility for several major accounts including leaders in the Chemicals, Cosmetics, CPG and Oil and Gas industries for the BIOVIA brand. 
Your responsibilities are as follows: 

·  You carry the entire BIOVIA portfolio with our customers. 
·  Identify decision makers and develop 'C-Level' relationships, including by participating in lobbying events. 
·  You drive and follow the 3DS sales process. Work with distributors in accordance with the rules of territory management set by the Geography Management. 
·  You organize and manage complex negotiations. 
·  You bear the responsibility for customer satisfaction in order to establish a relationship of trust, and you make sure that the value is delivered. 
·  Build with the partners as well as the extended team a development plan and the 'Customer Value Roadmap' to ensure growth in turnover over 3 years and achieve the annual business objectives.  The Challenges ahead 
This role will be essential to support the growth plan by selling the 3DS value, promoting the fundamentals of the industry, and leveraging our business platform to transform customer processes through the contribution of digital. Do you like a challenge? Join us! Your Key Success factors 
You have at least 7 years of professional experience selling complex solutions (ERP, PLM, MES ...) for a software provider.  

·  Experience with customers in the pharmaceutical industry would be a real plus 
·  You have a taste for hunting and an ability to identify new business opportunities 
·  Strong negotiating skills, tenacity and the ability to intervene on complex sales cycles 
·  You have a mixed experience of direct sales and indirect sales 
·  Excellent level of written and spoken English and French 
·  You can work with an extended team in a matrix environment
