We’re searching for a candidate who can come into a fast moving environment within the manufacturing software and services industry, and take ownership of coaching and coordinating the development of online training materials.

The audience of the online training is technical: software consultants, architects, and system administrators. The scope of training is both about DELMIA Apriso software tools and platform, and how DELMIA Apriso software is applied best in the manufacturing operations domain (production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, time and labor).

Responsibilities:

Coach subject matter experts (SME) to provide high quality training content

Verify the content from SMEs and manage it for publishing as online training

Publish the training content on the Learning Management System

Manage multiple simultaneous projects of training materials creation

Candidate's profileProfil recherché

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or related role

Structured thinking and analytical skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the creation of e-learning materials and working knowledge of online training methods (webinars, online workshops, etc.)

Good working experience with MS Office, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, or similar software

Familiarity with Dassault Systemes software is not required but would be a plus

Education:

Master's degree

Fluency in English, both written and spoke
