Joining our team in Turkey, you will take the role of Inside Sales Representative for our GEOVIA Brand, leading sales activities on major Natural Resources / Mining clients in Euromed region. You will work to identify business pains and opportunities, and define solutions that enable our clients to fulfill their strategies.


What will your role be?
The main duty of this position is to create new business opportunities through identifying leads and building relationships within target organizations in Natural Resources / Mining markets.
The position will work with Client Executives either to prepare the next step of the deals or to close opportunities in real autonomy.


The challenges ahead

·  Research & monitor industry publications, corporate websites, social media groups, mainstream news.
·  Map out target companies, decision makers and influencers.
·  Build relationships within target companies in Natural Resources / Mining markets.
·  Contact customers through warm or cold calling approach.
·  Participate to fairs and trade shows to enlarge customer network.
·  Collaborate with Marketing to develop incoming leads.
·  Execute meaningful and involved questioning to gain full insight into value-chain stage, aims and objectives and current/upcoming challenges.
·  Identify & create new opportunities.
·  Introduce and present new modules and functions.
·  Re-negotiating licensing agreements.
·  Up-sell and cross-sell activities on active clients.
·  Close software or services opportunities.
·  Work with Client Executives to meet quota on small opportunities and/or support the team. Your key success factors
Education Level:
Bachelor Degree, preferred in Mining Engineering.


Years of Work Experience:
At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally within software environment.


Languages:
Fluent in Turkish and English.


Skills & Background:
Sales experience matured on Natural Resources / Mining markets.
Good level of knowledge on industry processes of target companies.
Inbound and outbound inside sales experience.
Able to grow sales pipeline and manage complex sales cycles, maximizing sales value.
Cross-country sales experience will be considered a plus.
Experience in Technology Solutions sales, ideally in GIS, PLM, CAD, CAE, CAM fields (not mandatory).
Experience in producing accurate business forecast.
Customer focus, business value acumen, business process acumen.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work both autonomously and in cooperation with Client Executives.
