 What will your role be? 


In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, DS IS is currently hiring a “Contract and revenue recognition expert”. As such, you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the proposal and contracts management process, quality assurance reviews of customer proposals concerning software and services and/or Statements of Works for accuracy and completeness and will ensure compliance with our internal control policies and quality standards.  


You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the legal, sales and technical team in negotiating contracts with clients of various industries, whilst being affiliated to the financial team, reporting to the EMEARI Senior Contract Manager. 


As a member of Worldwide organization, your responsibilities will be to provide support to services activities across the EMEARI region. 


Specifically : 
● Verifying all Services proposals and/or Statements of Work to ensure a high level of quality and compliance with our internal control policies and procedures and to validate legal and financial conditions ; 
● Reviewing proposal records in Company Business Workflow database (Peoplesoft) to ensure they are accurate and complete; 
● Participating to the opportunity review board to validate the legal and financial engagements 
● Establishing quarterly Group reports, analyzing and explaining the adjustments made in regard to revenue recognition 
● Providing guidance to new users on proposal management and the entire Business Workflow process 
● Certifying that Customer Purchase Orders are valid and aligned with Customer proposal. 
● Working with various internal groups to streamline and improve processes, establish best practices and standardise documentation and templates, and enhancements for new business needs Your key success factors : 


● Education Level : Master’s Degree 
● Years of work experience : From 5 years 
● Background :  
● Good understanding of contractual conditions and legal requirements 
● related experience (Finance, Contract administration or Legal team)  
● Para legal experience 
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and working under pressure  - Time management and ability to set and follow priorities 
● Good understanding of Finance 
● Knowledge and experience of IT services business 
● Bachelor's degree in law, Commerce, Business Administration or business related discipline 
 ● Working experience at Multi-national company 
 ● Competencies : 
● Microsoft softwares (Word, Excel, Outlook), 
● Possess critical thinking to arbitrate between conflicting issues. 
● Good working communication skills 
● Excellent attention to details 
● Well organized and rigorous 
● Proactive and capable of taking initiatives 
● Team player 
● Languages : Excellent level in English, fluent German highly appreciated
