What will your role be?



Identify and close new business opportunities on the cloud to increase 3DS footprint and deliver revenue plan in VS GCG.



Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting cloud solution to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation.



Be aligned and collaborate with Client Executive to engage in line with VALUE ENGAGEMENT deployment Demonstrate value on cloud through a bottom-up approach within assigned accounts (departmental sales) .



Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined on the cloud May extend reach to other domains/segments than primary scope (cloud) when relevant by involving 3DS ecosystem .



Build sustainable relationships with Customer’s Champions to facilitate access to Customer’s Executive levels.



Transform Marketing and Sales (based on DS Referential – LEVERAGE process) leads into Opportunities.



Ceate the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives on the cloud Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes to achieve revenue plan.



Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition) and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business.



Provide an accurate forecast for 4 rolling quarters and FY Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews).



Coach & enable Partners on specific Sales Initiatives related to Cloud business.



 



The challenges ahead



Focus on GROWTH, TARGET and SELL processes (ow CARE).



Contribute to answer Request for information/Request for Proposal when appropriate and Executive presentations.



Support GEO leader on Cloud strategy from Partner selection and acquisition to Must List definition.



Analyze Cloud sales coverage and skills as well as best in class sales performance Enable and Coach cloud sales from Plan to Delivery Track weekly/quarterly cloud sales plan .



Your key success factors



Education requirement BS degree;



1 to 8 years of successful software solution sales experience;



Experience in PLM, Manufacturing / AEC/EPU related Industry, Cloud business are advantages.
