Supply Planning Trainee

(part time, Budapest)

What is the Supply Planning Trainee responsible for?

We are looking for a Supply Planning Trainee to support the work of the Supply Plannig team in Hungary. His/her responsibilities will focus on:

·  Daily monitoring and calculating customer service level, deliveries and out of stocks
·  Brief explanation of the occurring out of stocks and projection of possible out of stocks for the next delivery days
·  CSL Root cause analysis an action follow up for selling CBU scope
·  Managing system set ups
·  Providing technical support to the Supply Planning team

What will you learn as a Supply Planning trainee?

• You will gain insight into supply planning tasks such as reporting, stock management, daily monitoring, etc.

• You will have the opportunity to work with different teams throughout the organization

• You will also have a chance to develop more in the analytical skills and in time management.

• Also you will have an opportunity to develop your technical knowledge on SAP and Excel

We are looking for following profile:

• Ongoing university or college education and the ability to work around 25-40 hours/week

• Enthusiastic, creative personality and willing to learn new things

• Team player who likes to work in a multinational team

• Takes ownership and responsibility for her/his work

• Excellent analytical thinking

• Languages: Hungarian, English (fluent)

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
