About the job

Ensures that Danone products are available and found in a timely manner in warehouses, thus contributing to ensuring the parameters of freshness, customer service level, waste level and cost.

 

·  Ensures the monitoring of product stocks and also the analysis and completion of needs
·  Is responsible for managing the production capacity of the factories, in a short time horizon
·  Monitors and is responsible for managing the level of losses (food waste), but also Raws and packs losses and informs in due time the relevant departments and proposes / requests reduction / elimination actions.
·  Transmits the necessary information regarding the working conditions, at the moment of generating a Service Level Agreement, respecting them later both in the relationship with the factories and with the market.
·  Analyzes the causes of the impact in CFR (Customer Fill Rate) and implements actions for improvement
·  Prioritizes SKUs, markets, production, if there is a risk of OOS (out of stock)
·  Collaborates with the MT / LT Supply Planning department to identify and establish actions for possible unforeseen situations
·  Defines the stock policy for finish goods and Raws& Packs and ensures a balanced stock level in line with stocking capacity and performance indicators (DIO- days inventory outstanding, stock value end of month, obsolete value stock, stocking capacity)

About you

We are looking for a Supply Panning Specialist with the following profile:

 

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning and SAP knowledge
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams
·  Knowledge: Very good English (written and spoken)
·  Problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
·  Self-motivated with organisational skills
·  Commercial sense, customer sense, very good relationship, rigor, teamwork, responsiveness.
