We are currently looking to hire a Strategy & Projects Finance Senior Analyst/Associate Manager!   This is a key position within the Finance Organization to give support for the design and implementation of strategic projects, new business processes, and long-term vision for the business.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:  

·  Responsible for the strategic plan of the company
·  Co-lead cross-functional strategic projects with high financial impact
·  Supporting product innovation by developing business cases for proposed products, challenging assumptions around volume, pricing, and input costs ensuring that new product launches are accretive to the P&L
·  Lead the design of company ways of working to ensure process optimization and fluid decision making  

 

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000-110,000 commensurate with experience.

· 

About you

·  Bachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar preferred)
·  3-5 years of CPG Finance experience preferred
·  Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power point, BI tools, SAP)
·  Business acumen
·  Proactive and constructive attitude
·  Colorado based
