Stage à pourvoir à partir de Janvier 2017 pour 6 mois basé à PARIS

 

You will be under the responsibility of the Communications manager who will guide you through your different missions.
Within the newly created EVW General Secretary whose mission is to pave the way for sustainable EVW business growth by protecting its assets and license to operate, and by nurturing the reputation of its brands, the communications team is in charge more specifically of:
- Promoting and enhancing natural mineral water and our brands: evian, Volvic, Badoit in line with the communication plan and the business strategy
- Coordinating and reporting all media requests (on & off-line) for our brands
- Supporting spokespersons in their external speeches
- Creating business content on a shared content platform (Writing, sharing, updating)
- Developing communication tools to support brands and plants in their communications to stakeholders (consumers, retailers, associations, journalists...)
- Supporting local communications teams in creating or renovating their plant tour circuits' adapted to different stakeholders
- Contributing to creating a feeling of EVW common belonging to foster inspirational teamwork through targeted internal communication actions.
Your missions within this team will be to:
- Support the team in their daily workflow: writing and updating content for various support (web, press etc...) and facilitate the internal network of EVW communication managers
- Submit ideas to develop and put in place internal or external communication tools and actions (website, films, Q&A, presentations) interacting with internal contributors or external service providers
- Actively participate in developing the "Content factory" for communications, sales and marketing teams around business topics.
This very enriching internship will allow you to:
- Develop an external and internal communication expertise in a fast moving environment
- Understand how communication nourishes and creates value for all brand platforms
- Develop your ability to work within a network and coordinate various contacts both internally and externally
