Sales / Marketing Graduate Program
Starting September 2021 - Brussels

Your mission
You will start your graduate program with an introduction on the field. You will join the sales representation team and have the opportunity to learn the key basics of the “vendor’s job” (sales and negotiation's skills). After getting acquainted with the different operations (like implementations in-store, category management, promotion management), you will become autonomously responsible for a number of sales points in a certain region! At the same time, you will work on sales projects. After this first experience of maximum a year, you will evolve in a Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain Junior Management position within the Group Danone in Belgium!’

Examples of responsibilities we would entrust to you:
• Develop and strengthen visibility in a specific geographic region
• Manage calendar calls on his region according to objectives & priorities
• Implement marketing and commercial action plans
• Ensure competitive monitoring
• Analyze, anticipate and share the possible evolutions in your region

About You
You are about to graduate and you are looking to kick start your career starting in September 2021. Inspiring your personal growth and professional development is part of our DNA and you want to work in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere and healthy work environment! To succeed in this program, you need to be open to learn and share with others, be curious and have a real business mindset. You have great communication skills, convincing and effective talent for analysis and synthesis. Lastly, you are not afraid to take measured risks and you are an autonomous and assertive worker with a great team spirit. Next to this you:
• You have a Master degree and a post-graduate degree in management or economics is appreciated.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and English .
• You have relevant experience, i.e. an internship in an FMCG company
