Become our R&I Engineer Plant based & Indulgence Team

to develop a deep understanding of worldwide data of various natures in order to provide opportunities for innovation and business growth. This position is located in our Excellence & R&I Worldwide Center in Palaiseau (91)

Your missions:

- -Explore and develop disruptive technologies in order to address new trends and needs within Danone product consumer communities.
- Deliver new integrated formulation, product and pack solutions for international brands/WBU categories/CBUs/Alimentation tree/ MIA and/with Resources Efficiency.
- New solutions scale-up and implementation support.
- Optimization of manufacturing processes with superiority and operation efficiency

- Manage projects or work packages of innovation and renovation projects co-piloted by the business
- Generates, enrich and develops Danone's expertise and know-how in the field of technologies and enriches the state of the art.

Your assets:

- Targeted profile Required Engineer with a first of experience in Food Development and Project Management
- Knowledge of Plant based Ingredients / Products would be a plus
- Autonomy, Team spirit, Communication skills, Collaborative mindset, Curiosity
- English fluent
