Lead implementation of brands’ paid media strategy in close collaboration withbrand managers and media agencies in Nordics and Baltics,includingmediabriefing, full funnel strategy media plans and evaluations forbrands and campaignsin scope. 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Lead implementation of brands’ paid media strategy in close collaboration with brand managers and media agencies in Nordics and Baltics, including media briefing, full funnel strategy media plans and evaluations for brands and campaigns in scope. 
· 
Partnerwith media agencies and brand managers, ensuringtimelyexecution and successful delivery of our commitments. 

· 
Set relevant media KPIs, follow up on execution, performanceand ROI and set bestpractices.  

· 
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practicestopioneerwith new media initiatives. 

 

· 

About you

In order to be successful, you need to have: 

· 
3-5+yearsworking experience inmedia relatedrole either frommedia agencyor publisher side.Experience from multinational or multicultural organization is a merit. 

· 
Solid mediaexpertise,withtrack recordofachieving sustainableresults. 

· 
Analyticalandstructuredapproachandcan easily connect media withbusinessagenda. 

· 
Ability to drivewith convictionandto challenge constructivelywhile taking various levels of stakeholders onboard. 

· 
Fluency in English
