As our Masterdata & Accounts Payable Officer, you are a key member of the Finance team responsible for our Nutricia Worldwide business. Nutricia Worldwide is active in over 50 countries, with 100 people and 30+ nationalities. We operate internationally and are based in Zoetermeer. About the Job

You will have a key role in the finance department, enabling Nutricia Worldwide to grow in a sustainable way by being a partner to the team and the business. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for all master data in our ERP system (Exact) and Accounts Payable processes for our Suppliers/Clients. On top of that, you will be a strong business partner who will support the team and the business, sharing insights and recommendations. Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Key user of ERP system to support users within the business.
·  Timely and accurate codification and booking of invoices and expense claims for the designated areas into our ERP system.
·  Handle inquires related to invoice compliance and payments with vendors and other divisions within the business unit.
·  Manage the full masterdata process via our platform, Exact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you need to have an excellent understanding of the purchase and invoicing process, high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You are a self-starter, able to work effectively, autonomously and an eye for detail, accuracy and speed of data entry are imperative. Hands-on experience with world-class ERP systems like Exact and SAP, it is a plus.
