Marketing Trainee - Actimel
(Fulltime, Location: Prague)

What will you learn as Marketing Trainee?

·  Get the full understanding of how Marketing operations in an international organization and you will have the opportunity to work with other teams such as trade marketing, sales or get insight of the logistics.
·  You will also have a chance to develop more in the project management area because you will get the opportunity manage complex project.
·  Also you will have an opportunity to develop your communication skills, we are working in a multinational team within a very fast moving Dairy organization.

What will you be responsible for?
In the role of Marketing Trainee - Actimel you will be working on:

·  Brand Management Support
·  Support on the brand activation/management of Actimel
·  Participate and contribute to relevant meetings, keep contact with internal/external stakeholders
·  Supporting ZMOT activities (Facebook activities, , Newsletters, Campaign management, Media, Event organization)
·  Supporting FMOT activities (preparation of in-store strategy, developing designs, ensure perfect execution, communication with sale team, analyze the findings and come up with learning)
·  Preparation of presentation to related project, analysis, organizational meetings, etc.
·  Brand Tracking
·  Follow up and analyze market situation/changes to support decisions (Nielsen, Dunnhumby)
·  Operative coordination of consumer researches and ad hoc analyses - precise, continuous and up to date management of analysis
·  Project Support
·  Lead and support subprojects (internal events, tasting roadshows, couponing’s, samplings, ad hoc projects, POS design development, mutation, production, distribution, packaging design development, day to day project management)
·  Administrative and organizational support
·  Coordination of financial administration of brand activities (PO creation, invoice tracking)
·  New supplier and vendor creation (contacts, SAP), invoicing support
·  Lead marketing inventory and requesting samples
·  Managing uDrive system/projects

So what are we looking for?            
We look for a student who is following (or just finished) his/her Bachelor or Master education, preferably related to Marketing. Or somebody who has any experience related to marketing. In this role you should be able to speak fluent Czech and English. Furthermore, you should have strong communication and analytical skills to be successful in this role. This together with a positive and pro-active mindset.
