About the job
We are now looking for our Marketing & Commercial Assistant for the Metabolics & Ketogenics (Mets & Keto) category in Nordics & Baltics (Norbal), who will play an essential role in supporting the local Category Managers in delivering the category plans across the Nordic & Baltic countries.
The role has a good variety of responsibilities and tasks, and offers development and learning opportunities for a curious person with a passion for marketing, healthcare and nutrition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business, as well as on colleagues and the people we serve - patients, healthcare professionals and care givers. You will provide support and interact daily with several stakeholders and different functions across the organization, e.g. marketing, digital, medical, regulatory, legal, sales and customer care line.
This is a permanent & full time position, and we aim to hire as soon as possible. The position is hybrid and we expect you to attend the Solna office 3 days/week.
Example of main responsibilities:
· Lead and execute events for patients and healthcare professional (exhibitions, scientific events, seminars, external congresses, patients/cooking events etc.) in collaboration with local Category Managers
· Project lead for local marketing activities in Sweden , ensuring alignment and involvement of internal stakeholders, in collaboration with local Category Manager
· Adaptation and implementation of global deliverables for digital activation: Adapt and align communication key messages & elements (images, video, graphical elements). Coordinate content for Healthcare Professionals and Direct to Consumer campaigns in owned digital channels
Mets & Keto is a part of Danone Specialized Nutrition business and you will report to the Norbal Business Unit Manager, Mets & Keto

About you
We are looking for someone who is results driven and analytical, and who has a strong service mind set. Its important that you have strong interpersonal skills and are team oriented by nature. Since you will be responsible for handling several tasks and will be working in a fast paced organisation, its crucial that you are well organized and have strong self management skills.
It is also important that you have good experience working in PowerPoint, excel & with social media, and are fluent in both English and Swedish.
Education within Marketing or Business Administration is highly favourable, as well as experience in similar roles.
