Junior Project Coordinator

(Full-time, Permanent, Location: Budapest)

YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Project Coordinator will include (but not limited to):

·  Coordinate Product related projects:
·  Inno/reno projects in HU market, ensuring an efficient project management organization answering to the needs of the business unit; report, forecasts, and alerts (gap analysis) on the portfolio of projects, ensuring best-in-class cost, quality, and time delivery
·  Productivity projects in collaboration with Marketing, and producing project managers
·  Assure project deliverables are ready on time (briefs, project GO, P&L, designs)
·  Assure project administration
·  Work with each project team to find solutions to major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to the Portfolio meeting
·  Work with each project team to organize Post Launch Analysis
·  Ensure delivery of packaging artwork for brand portfolios across the Hungarian market.
·  Coordinate the artwork process between all relevant parties in the artwork supply chain internally and externally.
·  Facilitate communication with stakeholders/suppliers for each project

About you

We are looking for Junior Project Coordinator with the following profile:

 

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

·  Holding a degree in Economics/Business/Management or similar related field
·  Experience in similar project management activities - good to have;
·  Experience in production businesses and knowledge on FMCG business
·  Fluent in the English & Hungarian languages (spoken and written)
·  Advanced Excel knowledge

 

Skills & Competencies:

·  Confident communication skills with an ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders
·  Good negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders
·  Proactive & results oriented with good time management skills
·  Being able to work well within a team and also independently
