ABOUT THE JOB

Mission
• Participate as a Team Member to audit engagements, by working on all processes,
• Identify main Internal Control areas for improvements within audited entities,
• Enlarge your technical knowledge by working in proximity with the IA Team

Main responsibilities / interfaces and KPIs
• Understand the Danone Internal Control framework, and contribute to its improvement
• Identify main improvement areas when on-field auditing
• Get the buy in to implement action plans in the audited entities
• Communicate properly on good practices and areas for improvement,
• Build trustful relationships with auditees and our corporate stakeholders, to be recognized by community as adding value
• Participate to cross and global analysis to identify clear recommendations
• Be proactive on solutions regarding audit issues and team organization
• Bring and enlarge IC, SAP own competences and international experience
Main interfaces/relationships
• Internal: All Codi members within audited entities, Corporate functions
• External: IFACI Members, KPMG auditors working for Danone

Key Performance Indicators:
• Number of audits supervised per year (around 10 a year)
• Quality of the Audit Report & of the audit recommendations
• Integration within the Danone Finance network
• Travel time around 50 to 60%

ABOUT YOU

Previous options for career path
• 2/ 3 Years' experience either in:
- External Audit experience within Big4
- Financemanagerwithin medium size CBU
- Controlling or Accounting manager

Skills and competences
• Autonomy, Courageous, Leadership, Communication
• Exposure to international groups
• Languages: English and one other languages like Spanish, Chinese...

• Knowledge in Data Analytics is highly appreciated
