Danone Nutricia Africa & Overseas (DNA&O)  is looking for an Trainee HR Advisor.

 

Your mission : The Trainee HR Advisor is a generalist role, granting you exposure to the whole HR span of control within a Business Unit.
You report to the HR Manager.
This position is located in Villefranche/Saône.

Working closely with the HR team to ensure and implement the operational delivery of our organisation and people strategy, you will be the key interlocutor for team leaders & Danoners, especially in :

Sourcing - Talent acquisition - Career Development
Contributing to the recruitment & onboarding of the training and temporary contract positions
Onboarding of our new comers & participation to the creation of the DNAO onboarding
Supporting the annual campaigns (performance review, talent review, ASR)

Learning & Development
Support to the learning & development campaign, in the mindset of one learning a day
Maximizing learning-on-the-job occasion
Provide support to all our geographies

HR analytics & HR projects
Participate to HR Analytics to enrich our analysis
Be an actor of employees engagement in the Limonest project
Participate to the global onboarding DNAO with all countries
To a lesser extent, you will be involved in Africa Transformation projects.
This assignment requires to connect, understand and influence different stakeholders in France & in our geographies in Africa.

 

Your profile

 

Education : You are business oriented person with a natural interest in the different processes of an organization , with a background in Business Administration, Economy, Human Resources or related studies.
Experience : As the ideal candidate, you have already an experience in HR in other FMCG, you are able to articulate and demonstrate your strong passion for Human Resources.
Language : You are perfectly fluent in English and French.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and you are recognized for your cultural savviness. You are interested by Africa challenges.
You recognize yourself as being a service oriented, high energy level, with a genuine interest to work in a fast-paced environment. Your natural desire to drive solutions and change enables you to build creative approaches.
You possess strong organization & resilience as well as the ability to take direction from multiple sources. You are analytical, accurate and detailed oriented;
As a digital native, you get easily acquainted with various software programs or workflows
